What this site collects from you

Very little. The site has no contact form, no bookings, no newsletter and no visitor accounts. You can browse every page without giving us any information.

Hosting logs

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you load a page, its servers record technical data needed to deliver it and to keep the service secure: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, and your browser and device type. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in running and protecting the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept for a short period and are not used to identify or profile visitors. Vercel processes data under the EU standard contractual clauses.

Content stored on the site

Opening hours, menus, line-ups and fixtures are stored with Supabase, a database provider. That database holds information about the venues and the performers who appear there, such as stage names, genres and promotional images. It does not hold any data about visitors.

Performers

Stage names and promotional artwork of performers are published with their agreement to promote their shows. A performer who wishes to have their details corrected or removed can write to [EMAIL].

Photographs

Photographs of the venues are taken by the venues themselves or produced for this site. If you appear recognisably in a photograph and would like it removed, write to [EMAIL] and it will be taken down.

Links to other services

Directions open Google Maps, and the social links open the venues' Instagram, Facebook and TikTok pages. Once you follow a link, those companies process your data under their own privacy policies. This site does not embed their trackers or pixels.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or erasure of your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and request portability, by writing to [EMAIL]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

Changes

El sitio está alojado en Vercel Inc. Dicha base contiene información sobre los establecimientos y los artistas que actúan en ellos, como nombres artísticos, géneros e imágenes promocionales. No contiene datos de los visitantes.

Artistas

Los nombres artísticos y el material promocional de los artistas se publican con su conformidad para promocionar sus actuaciones. Cualquier artista que desee corregir o retirar sus datos puede escribir a [EMAIL].

Fotografías

Las fotografías de los establecimientos han sido tomadas por los propios locales o producidas para este sitio. Si aparece de forma reconocible en alguna fotografía y desea que se retire, escriba a [EMAIL] y se eliminará.

Enlaces a otros servicios

Las indicaciones abren Google Maps y los enlaces sociales abren las páginas de Instagram, Facebook y TikTok de los establecimientos. Al seguir un enlace, dichas empresas tratan sus datos conforme a sus propias políticas de privacidad. Este sitio no incorpora sus rastreadores ni píxeles.
